'Just like my grandparents'

With all my respect, I recommend to you all one website that I found greatly useful and easy to use for any level's English learners. This English and American couple made such good videos on that website. The old lady Vicki is an experienced English teacher and scholar, and the old man Jay, he has a strong background in television and media as a reporter. In this website, their focus is mainly on showing real-life English. 

1. Structure of the website

Obviously, they design their website in a clear and detailed style. You can access all the content from the homepage with no more than two clicks (see in Pic 1). The core content of this website is the video part, but they also provide much other content about contact, background and users' trend. They made their video search into two ways: by level or by genre (see in Pic 2 & 3).

2. As a teacher

From the perspective as a teacher, I think the biggest strength of this website is its connection with real-life. The purpose of this website is to show the learners how to use English in real life. So, one of the possible occasion that you should play videos from this website maybe introducing the language habits of native speakers. Because in their videos they not only introduce that knowledge but also provide examples of them. This could be a very helpful support for your language class. 

3. As a student

From the perspective as a student, the suggestion that I will give you is that whenever you realise that some parts of your English still remain some problems, especially in applied English, you can go to this website try to find the professional answer with a detailed guide. 

4. Comments

This is the second recommendation from me about self-learning, the difference between this one and lyricstraining is that this website focuses more on the knowledge and the connection with real life. Plus, it's easy to use. So, I highly recommend you to view this website.
